Kelly Davis is a senior executive at New Energy Blue, bringing over four decades of experience in grain processing, ethanol production, and technical and regulatory affairs across fuel, industrial, and beverage markets. She has held leadership roles spanning technical services, marketing, quality management, and business development across the ethanol sector.

Kelly serves on the Board of Directors of the Renewable Fuels Association and the Iowa Renewable Fuels Association, and has advised on domestic and export marketplace specifications, regulations, and directives.
